Instead, the Indiana Fever found themselves trailing the Los Angeles Sparks throughout the entire contest, as Clark's challenging return coincided with a decisive 106-92 defeat.
The standout player struggled to find her rhythm, appearing out of sync in her first game back from a back ailment.
Clark's Restricted Comeback
A significant factor contributing to Clark's disjointed outing was head coach Stephanie White's decision to severely limit her playing time, restricting her to only 16 minutes on the court. This conservative, stop-and-go approach likely hindered any opportunity for the young star to establish consistent momentum during the game.
