Professional Wrestler Benjamin Satterley, Known as Pac, Passes Away at 40

Benjamin Satterley, the accomplished professional wrestler known globally by his ring name Pac, has died at the age of 40, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) confirmed on Sunday evening.

AEW shared the somber news across its social media platforms. In their announcement, the organization expressed profound sorrow, stating:

All Elite Wrestling is saddened to announce the passing of Benjamin Satterley, aka Pac. A native of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Satterley began his wrestling career in 2004 and went on to perform for wrestling organizations all over the world, captivating fans with innovative high-flying moves and incredible in-ring ability.Pac signed with All Elite Wrestling in 2019 and held multiple AEW Championships and competed in some of the most memorable matches in AEW history. Our condolences go out to Satterley’s family, friends and fans.

Details surrounding the cause of Pac’s death were not immediately available. His final televised appearance saw him challenge Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship at the All Out event, which took place on Saturday in Chicago.

A Distinguished Career in Professional Wrestling

Pac was among the inaugural group of wrestlers to sign with All Elite Wrestling when the promotion launched in 2019. During his tenure, he achieved significant success, securing the AEW All-Atlantic Championship as its first-ever holder and twice winning the AEW World Trios Championship.

Prior to joining AEW, Satterley made a notable impact in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), where he was known as Adrian Neville. In WWE, he earned multiple accolades, including two reigns as Cruiserweight Champion, one reign as NXT Champion, and two reigns as NXT Tag Team Champion.
